Dre Eidelson

She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the prestigious University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2014, followed by a Master’s degree from the University of Miami Department of Public Health Sciences. She completed a general surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital as well as a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Dr. Eidelson developed an interest in gender-affirming surgery during her general surgery residency, and her conviction to become a surgeon in this field has strengthened over the years. She seeks every opportunity to deepen her knowledge and experience, as demonstrated by her design of an elective one-month rotation in gender-affirmation surgery, during which she participated in procedures including facial feminization, top surgery (mastectomy and augmentation), and all types of genital surgeries.

She has also taken part in weekly gender clinics, actively engaging in the preoperative and postoperative care of patients. Throughout her career, Dr. Eidelson has shown unwavering dedication to her patients. Her multifaceted experience and expertise make her an asset to the medical community, embodying the qualities of compassion, competence, and continuous learning.
