Conditions for sharing

I would like to describe and share my experience of having a surgical procedure performed by the GrS Montréal team (my “testimonial”).

By submitting my testimonial, I accept and authorize GrS Montréal, in its sole discretion, to use and post my testimonial on its website or for information, training, teaching, experience sharing, or any other related or similar purposes. I understand that my testimonial may be subject to text editing or formatting, may be used in whole or in part only, and may be combined with images or graphics, all without the need for GrS Montréal to notify me or obtain my consent.
