1. I had an orchiectomy in the past, can I have a vaginoplasty?
It is generally possible to have a vaginoplasty after an orchiectomy. However, following orchiectomy, the scrotal skin will retract, leaving less skin for a skin graft for vaginoplasty. For this reason, it is recommended to massage the scrotum after orchiectomy to prevent skin retraction.
